The Secretary General of the New Democracy Parliamentary Group and member of parliament for Larissa, Mr. Maximos Harakopoulos, emphasizes the need for national unity and vigilance against any conspiracy in his message for the 145th anniversary of the liberation of Larissa from the Turkish yoke. "The liberation of the Greek territories was a long process, for which the sacrifices made by our ancestors were innumerable, so that today we have a free, sovereign and strong Greek state.
