Holy Church of Agios Dionysios Areopagitos, Piraeustranslated

Reference to the existence of the Holy Church of Agios Dionysios Areopagitos Piraeus has already been recorded since the time of the revolution of 1821. In the cemetery of Agios Dionysios all the great and important personalities of the city of Piraeus were buried. Great monuments crafted by great sculptors of the time were found dominating its space. The same happened with great fighters of the revolution who, when freedom dawned, decided to settle in Piraeus.
