According to the Holy Diocese of St. Francis, the three major fire fronts are now between 83% and 97% contained, while evacuation orders in most areas have been downgraded to Level 1. All Holy Trinity parishioners who were forced to leave their homes have already returned safely to their homes.
Despite the severity of the situation, no parishioners lost their homes, although smoke damage was reported in some cases. At the same time, the residents of a local home for the elderly, who had temporarily taken refuge in the parish hall of Agia Triado, also returned to their homes.
