University Family Camp in the Diocese - “My Life in Christ” Days Three and Four - August 20 - 21, 2026translated

With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Anthony (of Sour), the most respected, and the organization of Sister Lina Al-Debs, and with the participation of a number of the diocese’s priests and youth, the “My Life in Christ” university family camp in the diocese continued its program for the third and fourth days.
The third day began with the dawn prayer, followed by a spiritual talk given by Father John (Trad), priest of the parish of Saint George - Kfarzbad, entitled: “Dangers of Digital Technology,” in which he discussed the most prominent challenges that technology poses to human life, relationships, and faith, and ways to use them consciously and responsibly.
At noon, the participants participated in practical workshops, which gave them the opportunity to interact, exchange experiences, and acquire new skills within an atmosphere of participation and cooperation.
In the afternoon, the participants had a spiritual meeting with Father Seraphim (authorized), the parish priest of St. George - Housh al-Omara, who presented a talk entitled: “Man between the image of God and the illusion of the supernatural human,” addressing the call on man to discover his truth in God, far from the illusions of power and perfection imposed by today’s world.
After the sunset prayer and the minor bedtime prayer, everyone participated in a final game that combined entertainment and team spirit, before the third day concluded with a “fire evening.”
