On Sunday, August 2, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Karystia and Skyros, Mr. Seraphim, as part of his pastoral visits, went to the Catholic Church of the Holy Monastery of Agios Charalambos of Lefkoni Avlonari, where he celebrated the Divine Liturgy, with the concelebrant Fr. The Divine Liturgy was attended by the Abbess of the Holy Monastery Theology Nun, after the monastic brotherhood, with a large number of believers.

Then he analyzed the gospel passage of the day, where the Lord walking on the waves saves the disciples from the storm.

St. Karystias emphasized that the passage is important, because it teaches how the believer with courage, trust and conviction in the saving energy of the right hand of the Lord can overcome every obstacle and difficulty that threatens with despair and loss.

Finally, the Most Reverend Metropolitan Mr. Seraphim. he wished the faithful to have hope in Christ and courage in their lives.
