Metropolitan Andrei of Cluj, Maramureș and Sălaj on Thursday blessed the meeting of the 1996 Graduation from the Faculty of Orthodox Theology of "Babeș-Bolyai" University in Cluj-Napoca. Among the graduates of the promotion was Vicar-Hiber Teofil de Iberia of the Diocese of Spain and Portugal.
