The solemn ceremony of taking the oath of freshmen of the Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and cadets of the Donetsk branch took place today on the territory of the educational organization. Metropolitan Theodore of Volgograd and Kamyshin became the guest of honor at the event. The ceremony also
