Good that they agreed, but let's see concretely what they do: if they close the kiosks near the blocks or just put up posters in the school? Here in Craiova, we have seen many times how alcohol is sold to children at any time.

Increasing the fines would help, but I think it would be even more effective if the mayor's office forced the shops to keep an electronic register with the check of the bulletin, as was tried at a few shops in Cluj. Did you see in Chisinau if they managed to reduce sales to minors after those controls?
