On September 1, 2026, the rector of the Church of St. Tikhon, Patriarch of All-Russia, in the city of Vileika, Priest Vyacheslav Peshko took part in the ceremonial ceremony at the Vileika Regional Center for Correctional and Developmental Training and Rehabilitation.
Deputy Chairman of the Vileika District Executive Committee Lyudmila Sleptsova was also present at the meeting.
Priest Vyacheslav performed a short prayer service for the students, blessed the students of the center, congratulated those present on the holiday and invoked God’s blessing on them.
