Feast of St. Solomonia celebrated at the Ecumenical Patriarchate
On Saturday, August 1, 2026, the feast day of St. Solomonia, whose holy relic is preserved in the Patriarchal Cathedral at the Ecumenical Patriarchate, the Patriarchal Commissioner, Elder Metropolitan Apostolos of Derkoi, attended the Divine Liturgy in prayer.
The Divine Liturgy was celebrated by Metropolitan Meliton of Philadelphia.
On the eve of the feast, Metropolitan Meliton presided over the Great Vespers.
