I liked the khachapuris, especially with real suluguni. Who made khinkali, were they hand-milled? It was very tasty, thanks to the organizers.

How delicious that must have been. I was eager to try hinkali, especially if they were made by hand. Did anyone take a photo of the entire table? I imagine the smell of freshly baked khachapuri.

I lusted after those pictures of hashes. In our choir, after the service, we sometimes make cheese pies, but we have never found real suluguni in Sibiu. Who made khinkali? Did they spread the sheet by hand or did they use the machine?
