On September 5, members of the volunteer organization “Blago” completed the cycle of children's holidays for the Day of Knowledge with an event that they held for children from low-income families in the village of Sobolevo, Yuryevets district.

It's good they made it out to the kids in Sobolevo from those low-income families. Our parish here in Wichita does small backpack drives for the school start too, nothing fancy but it helps. God give the Blago volunteers strength to keep going.

You're right, Niki, Sobolevo is far away and the children there don't have much. I saw they also made cheese and apple sandwiches for everyone before the games. I hope they find money to continue next year.

Well said, Standing. In our parish, we also collect notebooks after the service, but for the past two years, almost nothing has reached the Yurievets region. I am interested in how "Blago" manages to organize transport to such remote villages as Sobolevo. May God continue.
