XVII youth seminar-meeting of the Brest diocese “Unity”translated

From August 9 to 12, 2026, with the blessing of His Eminence John, Archbishop of Brest and Kobrin, the XVII youth seminar-meeting “Unity” was held in the Vezhnoye farm, Pruzhany district, on the territory of the Nikolsky courtyard of the Brest Holy Mother of God Convent. The theme of the current seminar-gathering was “Calling and Ministry”. The rally was attended by 500 people, among whom were representatives of Orthodox youth brotherhoods from the Brest, Minsk, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev, Pinsk, Novogrudok and Slutsk dioceses.

On the first day (August 9), all those present prayed during the all-night vigil and night Divine Liturgy. The services were led by His Eminence John, Archbishop of Brest and Kobrin. His Eminence was served by representatives of the clergy of the Brest diocese, as well as guests in holy orders who arrived at the rally: Priest Dimitry Bovkunovich, chairman of the Synodal Department for Work with Youth of the BOC, and Priest Vladimir Gritsevich, head of the youth group of the Pinsk diocese.
