Graduates of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia were presented with service certificatestranslated

On September 2, a solemn ceremony of presenting service certificates to graduates of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia took place.

The rector of the Church of the Holy Great Martyr Catherine, Archpriest Vasily Dovzhansky, addressed the young officers with congratulations and parting words.

The graduates were also addressed by the acting head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Leningrad Region, Colonel Evgeniy Vladimirovich Musienko, and the deputy general director of R.O.S.TECHNOSPAS LLC, Vladimir Vladimirovich Chumakov.

Deputy Head for Political and Educational Work Galina Viktorovna Karmanova, who collaborates with the parish of the Church of the Holy Great Martyr Catherine in the field of spiritual and moral education of university students, took part in organizing the event.
