Episcopia Vranje va înființa Muzeul Trezoreriei pentru moștenirea ecleziasticătradus

Episcopia de Vranje urmează să înființeze un nou muzeu al trezoreriei în curtea Catedralei Sfânta Treime din Vranje, păstrând și prezentând bogatul moștenire ecleziastică din sudul Serbiei.

Finanțarea pentru construcția și mobilarea unității, care va include cinci camere, a fost asigurată de Ministerul Culturii din Serbia.

Potrivit mitropolitului Pahomije de Vranje, vistieria va prezenta o expoziție permanentă care va expune artefacte valoroase de la biserici și mănăstiri din întreaga Eparhie de Vranje. Lucrările la interior sunt de așteptat să fie finalizate până la sfârșitul anului, în timp ce deschiderea oficială este planificată pentru anul viitor.

„Tezaurul va avea o expoziție permanentă și va expune obiecte din toate bisericile și mănăstirile din Eparhia de Vranje”, a spus Mitropolitul Pahomije.

Ministrul sârb al Culturii Nikola Selaković a menționat că proiectul este evaluat la nouă milioane de dinari și a afirmat că ministerul va continua să investească în inițiative culturale și de patrimoniu în orașul Vranje.

I remember our parish's old icon case in the narthex had to be moved because the room was too small—five rooms for the Vranje treasury sounds like a real blessing for displaying all those treasures properly.
