"Faith. Hope. Unity": Zhlobin Sunday schools held a festive programtranslated

On September 17, 2026, an interactive platform “Vera. Hope. Unity", dedicated to the Day of National Unity. The program was prepared by Sunday schools of the churches of the Holy Life-Giving Trinity, Holy Martyr John the Warrior, St. Basil the Great and St. Seraphim of Sarov in the city of Zhlobin.

The participants created a collective work “Belarus in Palms”. Children and adults depicted their palms, decorated them with Belarusian ornaments and wrote wishes, after which they placed them around the map of Belarus. The work was dedicated to the theme of unity and respect for the native country.

A master class on macrame was held for the participants. Adults and children wove bracelets in the red and green colors of the state flag of Belarus.

The program was supplemented by face painting, an Orthodox quiz, a book exhibition and a master class on making thematic cards. The winners of the quiz received soft toys and board games.
