On October 30, the cathedral image and the ark “Holy Matrimony” were brought to the Kazan Cathedral of Syzran. On the same day, a round table “Family values ​​and intra-family interaction” was held at the city Youth House. With the blessing of Bishop Anthony of Syzran and Shigon, the prayer service in front of the shrines was led by the rector of the church in honor of the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Archpriest Mikhail Gordeev. Addressing the believers, the clergyman noted the special significance of this event for the church life of Syzran and spoke about the rare particles of the relics of saints located in the ark.
