It is good that the government has started to deal with the Solovetsky Archipelago. The monastery has suffered so much in the past, it is important that it is now properly preserved and not just turned into a tourist attraction. I am interested in whether they will also work on the renovation of the cells or only on the infrastructure.

Yes, I hope they don't turn it into just a place for tourists. I'm also interested in what Ivana says about the cells: it would be good if they restored the monks' cells so that they can live there as before, not just fix roads and docks.

I agree, Ivana, the monastery has suffered too much to become just a photo stop for tourists.
