A cathedral service took place in the Myronositsky Church in the city of Istratranslated

On the third Saturday of October, a special day is celebrated in the Istra deanery - the memory of the Council of New Martyrs and Confessors of the Istra Land. In the Myronositsky Church of the city of Istra, one of the chapels of which is dedicated to these saints, a cathedral service was held, which was performed by the dean priest Pavel Malkin in the co-service of the clergy of the Istra district.

After the festive liturgy, according to tradition, glorification of the holy new martyrs of Istra was performed. At the end of the service, the dean's father addressed the worshipers with a preaching word, telling about the martyrdom of fellow ascetics who suffered for their faith at the hands of the atheists. Today there are 19 saints in the host of the Istra New Martyrs: clergy, nuns, church workers and ordinary parishioners.
