A seminar was held in Krasnodar for teachers teaching subjects with an Orthodox componenttranslated

On October 7, 2026, at MAOU Secondary School No. 8 named after Hero of the Soviet Union Gennady Ignatov, a seminar was held for teaching staff of the first Krasnodar city deanery district teaching subjects with an Orthodox component. The event was timed to coincide with the celebration of International Teachers' Day and was organized by the department of religious education and catechesis of the Ekaterinodar and Kuban diocese with the assistance of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Krasnodar Territory and the Department of Education of the Municipal Administration of the city of Krasnodar.

The seminar was hosted by the assistant to the dean of the first Krasnodar deanery district for religious education and catechesis, Priest Alexander Machado Sakhnov.

The seminar was attended by speakers at the regional level, including a representative of the Department for organizing the fight against the illegal use of information and communication technologies of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory, which emphasized the interdepartmental nature of the event and the significance of the issues discussed.
