A round table dedicated to responsible fatherhood was held in Krasnodartranslated

On October 20, the Krasnodar Philharmonic named after Grigory Ponomarenko held a round table on the topic “Responsible fatherhood in the modern model of demography,” timed to coincide with the celebration of All-Russian Father’s Day.

With the blessing of Metropolitan Vasily of Ekaterinodar and Kuban, the secretary of the Diocesan Administration of the Ekaterinodar Diocese, Archpriest Dmitry Rudnev, took part in the event.

Addressing the meeting participants, Archpriest Dmitry Rudnev conveyed the blessing of Metropolitan Vasily and noted the importance of preserving traditional family values, strengthening the institution of family and the responsible attitude of parents to raising children.

The round table included a discussion of the role of the father in a modern family, issues of raising the younger generation and the formation of a positive image of a large and strong family. The event was attended by students from leading universities in the Krasnodar region, representatives of government bodies, public organizations and the expert community.

The event ended with a solemn celebration of the winners and participants of the regional competition “The Best Dad”.
