With the blessing of Metropolitan John of Belgorod and Stary Oskol, voting has officially started in the Belgorod region, as in other regions of the country. It will take place over three days - September 18, 19 and 20. Belgorod residents will have to take part in the elections of deputies to the State Duma of the ninth convocation and the new head of the region.
