By this determination, you, Archpriest Sergiy EFREMOV, rector of the Church of St. John the Baptist in Ulyanovsk, and, concurrently, rector of the church in honor of the blessed Grand Duke Alexander Nevsky of Ulyanovsk, are appointed, also concurrently, to the position of rector and Chairman of the Parish Council of the Local Religious organization of the Orthodox Parish of the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Ulyanovsk, Simbirsk Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate), from September 15, 2026, for the construction of the church and the organization of parish life.

Upon receipt of the Decree, you must begin to fulfill your duties.
