Participation in the Unified Information Day at the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Production Association "Belorusneft"translated

His Eminence Stefan, Archbishop of Gomel and Zhlobin, took part in the Unified Information Day at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Production Association “Belorusneft” on September 10, 2026. The central theme of the meeting was “National Unity Day as a factor of national pride.”

Addressing the employees of the enterprise, Archbishop Stefan spoke about the importance of peace, social harmony and the personal responsibility of each person for the atmosphere in society. The Bishop emphasized that the opportunity to live under a peaceful sky, work calmly, create families and raise children is one of the most important achievements of the state.

The archpastor recalled the words of the Gospel: “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God” (Matthew 5:9), noting that peace begins with the inner state of man himself.

“If there is peace in each of our hearts, this peace will be around us,” said Archbishop Stephen.
