On August 18, 2026, the rector of the Pochaiv Theological Seminary, Archbishop Iov Shumskyi, vicar of the Ternopil Diocese, took part in the celebrations on the occasion of the 1080th anniversary of the blessed death of Saint John of Rila in the city of Burgas (Bulgaria).
