In the children's health camp of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a specialized shift is taking place for minors aged 12 to 17 years who have problems with the law. As part of the program, a meeting was held with the dean of the prison churches of the Krasnoyarsk Metropolis, the rector of the Church of the Hieromartyr Amphilochius in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Priest Rodion Petrikov.
The priest discussed the Commandments of God with the teenagers, answered questions and distributed crosses to everyone who wanted them. The parties agreed on the next meeting.
A profile change is implemented for teenagers who have come into conflict with the law. The program includes sports, cultural and educational activities, psychological games and training, as well as excursion trips to Krasnoyarsk. The priority areas of the project are changing socio-psychological attitudes, developing constructive life values and preventing addictive behavior.
The second shift is scheduled for the second half of September.
