Yaroslavl has always been rich in shrines, I especially remember the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Monastery, where the Trinity icon stood for so many centuries. It’s good that the seminarians went there instead of just lectures. In which church did they spend the most time?

Yeah, the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Monastery is something special. I remember standing in front of that same Trinity icon years ago and just thinking how many generations had prayed right there. Did the seminarians get to spend much time in the main cathedral or was it mostly around the monastery grounds?
