Venerable Archbishop Kiprian, Your Eminences and Right Reverends, Esteemed guests from the Local Orthodox Churches, Esteemed Mr. Petkov, Director of the Department of Religious Affairs of the Municipality of Sofia, Esteemed Mr. Mayor of Sofia, Esteemed Regional Governor, Esteemed representatives of the state and municipal authorities, Dear and God-loving fathers, Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

It is a joy and honor for us to be here today in the cathedral of the holy and God-bearing Sofia Diocese, to share together with all of you the Mystery of the Holy Divine Liturgy and the concluding moments of the Jubilee Celebrations and Veneration of the Holy Relic of the great God-pleasing and Wonderworker Saint Clement, Archbishop of Ohrid and First Bishop of the Bulgarian language, as he is attested in historical sources and revered in our church and national memory.

Thank you for sharing this. I noticed Patriarch Daniel mentioned the relic of St. Clement of Ohrid's head right at the start. It must have been something special to have the whole jubilee end with everyone venerating it together during the Liturgy. Our choir sang about St. Clement once last year and it stuck with me how he was the first bishop to use our own language.
