Family ball in Zhlobin combined the beauty of dance and Christian valuestranslated

Liberators Square in Zhlobin on July 12 seemed to have been transported to another era. To the sounds of classical music, the second Family Ball was held here, dedicated to the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity - a holiday that the Church associates with the memory of the holy noble princes Peter and Fevronia of Murom.
Ladies in airy dresses, gentlemen in formal suits, happy children's faces, married couples of several generations and dozens of spectators created an amazing atmosphere where the beauty of dance became the language of respect and love.
The holiday was opened by the dean of the churches of the Zhlobin district, Archpriest Alexey Smotritsky. Blessing the participants, the priest reminded them of the enduring value of family, calling on them to keep peace in the home, learn to hear each other and build relationships on the gospel commandments.
According to tradition, the ball began with a solemn polonaise. The smooth lines of the dance and the confident movements of the couples surprised with their grace and harmony.
