Six Orthodox places of worship from Cluj-Napoca participate in the first edition of the "Night of the Churches", an event that will take place on July 25 to 26, between 20:00 and 02:00.

The event will bring together, in total, 18 churches from six religious denominations. The Orthodox places of worship that will be part of the program are: the Metropolitan Cathedral, the "Shimbarea la Față" Church on Eroilor street, the "Saints Apostles Peter and Paul" Church in the Mănăștur neighborhood, the "Adormirea Maicii Domnului" Church on Govora street, the "Saints Constantine and Elena" Church on Moților street and the "Ascension of God" Church on Dorobantilor street.

18 places of worship open throughout the night The organizers propose that, for one night, the participating places of worship become spaces dedicated to dialogue, culture and mutual knowledge, promoting the multicultural heritage of Cluj-Napoca. The president of the Daisler Association and the initiator of the project, Andi Daiszler, announced that access to all activities will be free.
