It's about time someone addressed this. I've been to a couple of churches in the Saratov area where the staff were downright rude, like they were doing you a favor by letting you light a candle. Good for the metropolitan for calling it out and actually doing something about it. Maybe now people won't feel like they're walking on eggshells just trying to pray.

Вярно е, че в някои храмове хората се държат грубо, сякаш ти правят услуга. Като учителка съм виждала как една-единствена усмивка и две добри думи променят цялото настроение на човека, който влиза. Добре че митрополитът е взел мерки, вместо да си затваря очите.
