PS Samuel Bistrițeanul participated in the investiture of the new prefect of Cluj countytranslated

Vicar Bishop Samuel Bistrițeanul of the Archdiocese of Vad, Feleac and Cluj participated on Monday in the investiture of the new prefect of Cluj County, Alexandru Cordoș.

The ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Prefect's Institution - Cluj County, located on 21 Decembrie 1989 Boulevard, in the presence of representatives of public authorities, civil and military institutions, as well as the academic environment.

His Eminence wished the new prefect success in carrying out his duties and offered him an icon with the representation of the Mother of God.

Alexandru Cordoș presented the main directions of his mandate, emphasizing the importance of institutional collaboration and an administration close to citizens.

"As far as I'm concerned, I understand the collaboration as an exercise of permanent dialogue, but also of firmness when it comes to respecting the law and protecting the public interest. I assure you of my full openness to dialogue and collaboration," said the new prefect.
