PS Emilian Crișanul was commemorated nine days after passing into eternitytranslated

Reverend Father Emilian Crișanul was commemorated on Saturday, nine days after his death.

The service was celebrated by a council of priests at the Chapel of the Faculty of Theology in Arad, in the presence of Archbishop Timotei of Arad and a large number of students and believers.

His Eminence spoke a word of consolation for the family, appreciating the entire activity carried out by the Most Reverend Father Emilian Crișanul in the Church, in Iași, in Vâlcea and in recent times in Arad, standing out as a tireless worker in God's vineyard and crowning his priestly work with beautiful achievements for the Church and the faithful.

Also, the Archbishop of Arad emphasized the significance of the place where the hierarch was commemorated. PS Emilian Crișanul taught at the Department of History of the Remaining Orthodox Church of the Faculty of Theology in Arad.

The Reverend Father Emilian Crișanul passed to the Lord on June 26, at the age of 54. The lifeless body of the hierarch was buried at the Neamț Monastery.
