Through the Tree of Jesse, the fresco of the "St. Stephen the Great" Church in Vienna refers to the mystery of descent and familytranslated

Fr. Ștefan Nuțu, the parish priest of the "St. Stephen the Great" Church in Vienna, announced last week the completion of the exterior fresco on the southern wall of the holy place.
"This important moment in the beautification of our holy place gives us the opportunity to give thanks to God and, at the same time, to express our gratitude to all those who made possible the fulfillment of this work," the parish priest wrote on a social network.
He thanked all the founders and supporters, who had and have an essential role in the completion of the church: "A special thanks goes to the Department for Romanians Everywhere, for the support given in the realization of this important stage of the exterior painting."
"The support offered contributes not only to the beautification of a place of worship, but also to the preservation and witnessing, in the middle of Vienna, of Romanian faith, spirituality and cultural heritage", explained the parish priest.
