The plenary session of the international forum “Talking about the important: a happy family is a strong state” was held in the St. Sophia Cathedral of Polotsk under the leadership of the Chairman of the Council of the Republic of Belarus Natalya Kochanova and Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavsky, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus.
