Representatives of the Krasnoyarsk Diocese will participate in the forum "St. Luke. Light of Personality. Heritage"translated

On September 20 at 13:00, a spiritually enlightening forum titled "St. Luke. Light of Personality. Heritage" will take place at the State Universal Scientific Library of Krasnoyarsk Krai (Auditorium No. 38).

As part of the forum, there will be a public lecture with the participation of Orthodox clergy, scientific community, public figures, and sisters of mercy. The event will feature lectures by Dr. Semyon Kozhevnikov, a biographer of St. Luke (Voyno-Yasenetsky), director of the NGO "White Flower of Mercy," and senior sister of the Holy Virgin Elizabeth Sisters of Mercy in Krasnoyarsk Olga Korennyko, as well as representatives of clergy and state authorities.

Visitors will be able to see an exhibition of photographs dedicated to sisters of mercy from different historical periods who accompanied the activities of the saint bishop-surgeon Luke. Additionally, participants can attend a calligraphy workshop where they can make bookmarks for books.

The forum will conclude with an outdoor action "White Flower of Mercy" at the monument to St. Luke (Voyno-Yasenetsky): passersby will be given white flowers made by the sisters of mercy as a symbol of purity of soul and joy.
