The head of the youth department of the Yekaterinburg diocese, Priest Seraphim Kadura, took part in the opening of the Armwrestling Championship of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The competition took place in Yekaterinburg on October 24, 2026 at the “Start” universal sports and training complex.

The teams participating in the competition represented the Southern, Central, Moscow and Leningrad Military Districts, Engineering and Aerospace Forces.

At the grand opening, the Anthem of the Russian Federation was played, military personnel and children paraded, and honorary guests addressed the competition participants with parting words.
