On July 28, on the day of remembrance of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Grand Duke Vladimir and the birthday of the ever-memorable hieromonk Vincent (Kimityuk), at the Holy Epiphany of Vladimir, His Eminence Archbishop Savva of Tiraspol and Dubossary performed a memorial service at the grave of the ever-memorable shepherd in the cemetery of the village of Tashlyk.
