On July 28, on the day of remembrance of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Grand Duke Vladimir and the birthday of the ever-memorable hieromonk Vincent (Kimityuk), at the Holy Epiphany of Vladimir, His Eminence Archbishop Savva of Tiraspol and Dubossary performed a memorial service at the grave of the ever-memorable shepherd in the cemetery of the village of Tashlyk. Praying with His Eminence during the service were the first assistant to the Ruling Bishop, Archimandrite John (Danilescu), deans of the Dubossary, Slobodzeya, Rybnitsa and Bendery districts, Archpriests Georgy Lisovsky, Andrey Danilescu, Archimandrite Victor (Sayapin) and Archpriest Mikhail Lungu, chairman of the diocesan commission for canonization, Archpriest George Scobil, the clergy of the diocese, the abbess of the monastery in honor of the holy chief apostles Peter and Paul in the city of Bendery, Abbess Elisaveta (Vasilake) with her sisters, as well as numerous believers.
