Panteleimon Church of Bataysk continued its spiritual and educational work with educational institutionstranslated

From June to September 2026, the Panteleimon Church in the city of Bataysk continued educational and spiritual activities. One of its directions was interaction with preschool educational institutions of the city, the library named after A.P. Chekhov and representatives of the Cossack Hundred of the Southern Federal University. The events took place both on the territory of the parish and in the city library.

On June 15, the church was visited by pupils of the “Kapelki” group from kindergarten No. 45 “Topolek”. An excursion was held for preschoolers, during which they became acquainted with the structure of the church and Orthodox traditions.

On July 5, a meeting was held in the Sunday school building with representatives of the Cossack Hundred of the Southern Federal University. The participants discussed Cossack traditions, issues of educating young people and preserving the cultural heritage of the Don region.

On July 28, the Day of the Baptism of Rus', the rector of the Panteleimon Church, Priest Evgeny Mikhailov, met with the pupils of kindergarten No. 9 “Carousel” in the library named after A.P. Chekhov. The event was a continuation of the joint educational activities of the parish, library and preschool institution.
