The center's staff helps people who find themselves in difficult life situations undergo social rehabilitation and adaptation. First of all, support here is provided to people without a fixed place of residence and those who have been released from prison. People with disabilities and the elderly can also receive help.

The clergy blessed the wards and staff of the Center. During the prayer service, those present asked God for help in rehabilitation and socialization.

The institution is under the spiritual care of the rector of the house church of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Grand Duke Vladimir on the territory of the Center of Archpriest Sergius Noskov. Spiritual care for people in difficult situations is part of the ministry of the priests of the Omsk diocese, the diocese reported.

The clergy cares for patients in hospitals: talks with them, finds out their spiritual needs, offers soul-saving literature, helps prepare for the Church Sacraments, writes down names for commemoration in church, and, if necessary, provides social assistance.
