A diocesan cleric participates in the All-Siberian Forum of Orthodox Youth in Tomsktranslated

The All-Siberian Forum of Orthodox Youth began its work in the city of Tomsk. The event is attended by heads of departments for work with youth of Siberian dioceses and their assistants.

The Tara diocese is represented at the forum by the head of the Diocesan Department for Youth Affairs, priest Maxim Pingin.

The day's program began with a tour of the churches and monasteries of the ancient Siberian city. Then the grand opening of the forum took place, during which Metropolitan of Tomsk and Asinovsky Rostislav and the acting chairman of the Synodal Department for Youth Affairs, Hieromonk Filaret (Zubov), addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.

After the opening, thematic sections began, where participants exchanged experiences in working with youth. The day ended with the screening of two short documentaries - winners of the Tomsk Alexander Nevsky competition. At the end of the screening, there was a live conversation with the filmmakers.
