On the eve of the Day of the Baptism of Rus' and the day of remembrance of Saint Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir, representatives of the Chelyabinsk diocese held a spiritual and educational meeting with military personnel of the 23rd special forces detachment “Obereg” of the Ural District of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. Hieromonk Mikhail (Rudakov), the diocesan responsible for interaction with the Office of the National Guard for the Chelyabinsk Region, and the head of the missionary department of the Chelyabinsk diocese, Konstantin Putnik, met with the fighters.
