On the eve of the Day of the Baptism of Rus' and the day of remembrance of Saint Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir, representatives of the Chelyabinsk diocese held a spiritual and educational meeting with military personnel of the 23rd special forces detachment “Obereg” of the Ural District of the National Guard of the Russian Federation.
