A robotics team from Buzău finished the season in first place in the worldtranslated

The Heart of RoBots team from the "B. P. Hașdeu" National College in Buzău ended the DECODE competition season in first place in the world ranking, after winning, together with the Little Hearts junior team, the Bucharest Twin Cup 2026 competition.

According to a post on the team's official Facebook page, the two lineups competed under the name "Heart Attack" and had a "flawless run throughout the weekend," winning all of their qualifying matches and placing first in the Velocity division.

In the elimination stages, the alliance continued its winning streak until the last act of the competition, when they faced the "Bricksapiens" alliance, which included the other robotics team of the "B. P. Hașdeu" National College, Homosapiens. At the end of the match, the "Heart Attack" alliance prevailed and won the Bucharest Twin Cup.

Buzoi students described this season as "a memorable one where Heart of RoBots is ranked #1 in the world, after a year of work, dedication and exceptional results, culminating in performances at the World Championship and the Multinational Tech Invitational".
