The "School of Paternal Theology", of the Holy Metropolis of Corinth, is inauguratedtranslated

With the wishes of the Reverend Metropolitan of Corinth Mr. Pavlos, the Holy Metropolis of Corinth, Sikyon, Zemeno, Tarsus and Polyphegus is inaugurating the "School of Paternal Theology", taught by Fr. Dimitrios Koutsouris, Professor Emeritus of the Supreme Ecclesiastical Academy of Athens. It is an invitation to get to know the thought and experience of the Fathers of the Church, through the questions that concern today's man: how God is known, what human freedom means and how faith becomes life in the Church.
From October 2026 to May 2027, the meetings will develop into two thematic cycles: "The Fathers and the knowledge of God" and "The paternal path, from creation to theosis". They will be hosted in rotation in the parishes of Corinth, Loutraki, Kiatos and Xylokastro, on selected Wednesdays, at 19:30, according to the program.
The first meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at the Holy Church of Agios Nikolaos Corinth, with the theme "Fathers and Teachers in the Information Age — From knowledge to life, from authority to testimony."
