To the Regional Governor of Crete, the Metropolitan of Ierapytnitranslated

Issues concerning the local Church, as well as wider development issues, were at the center of the meeting held by the Regional Governor of Crete, Stavros Arnautakis, with the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Ierapytni and Sitia, Mr. Cyril. The meeting, which was held in an excellent atmosphere of cooperation, was attended by the Member of Parliament of Lasithi Katerina Spyridaki, the Mayor of Ierapetra Manolis Fragoulis, the Proto-Secretary of the Holy Metropolis Archimandrite Ambrosios Skarvelis as well as the General Secretary of the municipality Maria Franzeskaki, the President of the Local Council of Myths of Ierapetra Nikos Siganos and vicar of Mython Fr. Emmanuel Mitsakakis.

It’s good that we met and discussed the affairs of the local Church along with the development of the region. It is especially interesting that there were both the mayor of Ierapetra and priests from Mitya, including Father Emmanuel. I hope this will be useful to people.
