Beginning of Catechetical Courses in the Diocese of Dryinoupolistranslated

On Sunday, October 4, 2026, in the Holy Metropolitan Church of Agios Nikolaos Ano Konitsi, the Consecration took place for the start of the Catechism Courses of the Holy Metropolis of Dryinoupolis, which will be held in the Provinces of Konitsi and Pogoni. Many children happily participated in this first meeting. His Eminence Metropolitan Mr. Alexios addressed the children with words of paternal love and advice, inviting them to participate with joy and interest in the new catechetical year.

After the Consecration, a treat was offered while the officials of the Holy Church offered each child an envelope with a notebook and blessings for the new year.

The meeting ended in an atmosphere of joy and love, with the children taking pictures with His Holiness and receiving his paternal wish.

We wish all the children a good and blessed catechetical year, full of joy, knowledge and love of Christ!
