Distribution of parcels from APOSTOLI in the Diocese of Alexandroupolistranslated

In the spirit of Christian solidarity and giving to fellow human beings, the distribution of parcels of love, with basic necessities, was successfully carried out on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, to our thoroughbred brothers. The action was hosted at the premises of the Anthimei Ecclesiastical Center, in the presence of the General Hierarchal Commissioner of our Holy Diocese, Protopresbyter Konstantinos Kostakis, as well as representatives of MASOUTIS supermarkets.

At the beginning of the distribution, Father Konstantinos Kostakis conveyed the warm thanks of His Eminence Metropolitan of Alexandroupolis, Mr. Anthimos. His Eminence expressed the gratitude of the local Church to His Beatitude the Archbishop of Athens and all Greece, Mr. Hieronymus II, for his continuous paternal care and his undivided support for the charitable work of our Metropolis.

At the same time, he addressed warm thanks to the MASOUTIS supermarkets for the generous offer of food, as well as to the charitable NGO of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens "APOSTOLI" and its Director, Mr. Kosti Dimtsa, for their continuous and substantial contribution to the relief of our beleaguered fellow citizens.
