Ten years. So much was accomplished last June from the day on which, on Pentecost Sunday 2016, the Prelates and the representatives of ten Orthodox Autocephalous Churches, gathered for the future Theotokos Holiness, began for the Divine Liturgy the work of the Holy and Great Synod of the Orthodox Church. The sessions at the Orthodox Academy of Crete, in Kolymbari, followed, where the texts were discussed, modified at certain points and approved.
