Thanks for the link. I listened to Father Ephrem's sermon last night and I remembered how he spoke about the peace from within, not just the one on the map. In our parish, at the Sunday service, I will remember a thought of his - that the war often begins in the human heart.

Thanks for the link. I particularly noticed how Geront Efrem emphasizes that war often begins in our own hearts - this fits with what Maria Ionescu also writes. Next time I'm baking for the church bazaar, I'll think about whether I really have inner peace or just external peace.

Thanks for the link. I heard Elder Ephraim's sermon yesterday, and I was struck by how he said that war begins from the heart of man, not from the borders. In our church in Rousse, I will mention this at the next gathering after mass while drinking coffee.

Thanks for the link. I heard the sermon yesterday and it stuck in my mind how the old man Ephraim said that peace begins with the inner struggle with anger, not just contracts on paper. In our choir after mass we often talk about this over tea – I will mention it next time.

Yes, this is exactly what remained to me from the words of the old man Ephraim - that everything starts from the heart. It is good that you will mention it in Rousse after the liturgy while drinking coffee. Can you say how people reacted the last time you discussed something like this?

Yes, this is what stuck with me the most - that peace or war starts from the heart, not from external things. The last time in Ruse, after the liturgy, people thought, some even shared personal stories from their family. Will you come this time to hear how I will take it?
