On Saturday, July 11, the Metropolitan of Thessaloniki, Mr. Filotheos, officiated at the Pilgrimage Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius. During the High Priestly Divine Liturgy he performed the Baptism of the child of Spyridonos Aspiotis and Christina Amanatopoulos.

I am glad for the Aspiotis and Amanatopoulou family that they baptized their child in such a beautiful church of Saints Cyril and Methodius. Metropolitan Philotey, apparently, served with soul. Good news for Saturday.

Yes, the church at Cyril and Methodius is really good, I attended services there a couple of times. I’m glad for the Aspiotis that they chose such a place for baptism. Have you been to those parts yourself?
